David:  Mrs. Johnson cooks New England boiled dinner on Monday nights, liver with okra on Tuesdays, tripe with onions on Wednesdays, and jellied calves' brains on Thursdays.  On Friday, Saturday, and Sunday we have cold leftovers.  There are always lots of leftovers.
