Very good news! I'm glad to hear you are on the road to recovery.

Hi, Gerard:

So good to hear things have gone well for you.  If the pain doesn't go away, just remember to call Julia, if only to hear her utter (ever so nonchalantly) my favorite line, "Here, this will relax you."  :)

Gerard,

Hooray!!! Glad to hear that the surgery went well, that you're feeling better, and that you were able to keep up with Dark Shadows even in the midst of a narcotic haze.

My question is this - did the show make more or less sense in your drug-addled condition?   ::)

Love,

Cassandra Blair (who found the show scared her silly while on demerol after wisdom tooth extraction last fall)  [scrdy]

Codeine made it so much more enjoyable, Cassandra!  The only thing I couldn't figure out is why Luke and Laura kept showing up - I don't remember seeing them in any of the other initial viewings.  But then I don't recall that purple-colored tiger wearing lederhosen that kept serving me tea made out of sunbeams and stardust being in my house, either.
