I agree with EmeraldRose. It was a horrible thing to do to Amy just because she didn't feel like playing the game.

I think it was Quentin's philandering that drove poor Jennie over the edge. When she saw Quentin with Beth she just lost it. I think any married woman would go crazy  if they saw their husband with another woman.

I read that Count Petofi  was based on Count St . Germaine ., a medieval alchemist who cllaimed to have attained the sccret of immortality.  He does have an appearance in Charles Delaware Troll's continuation of the serries.

If I had to pick one, it would be when Chris takes Amy back to Colllinwood after her bad scare with the Leviathon.He tells her that he has to take care of her amd she throws her arms around him and tells him she loves him. That was a Kodak moment.

The Seaview Terrace in Newport, Rhode Island was more like Collinwood than the Lyndhurst Estate in Tarrytown, New York.
