During conversation with Tim, Tate reveals that 10 yrs ago he painted a picture in Paris and that person came to life.
What happened to him?

Ms. Hoffman

He grew up to become a nightly talk show host on CNN at 9:00.

Thanks.[9391]

Yes!  She was the only one I liked!!  She's great.

Of course, this is other than her favorite teenager. [wave]

Graeme Cree has pics of everybody in his cast lists.  Claude North is next to P.T. Bob Rooney at the bottom of the Parallel Time Characters section on this page, but spoilage abounds in the writeups that accompany the images:

Thank you for the link. [clap] I've been to that site before but don't remember seeing him there.

As for Claude North, he was portrayed by the fabulous Brian Sturdivant.  From the scripts leading up to Claude's appearance, it would seem that the writers intended him to be a major character in the next arc of the story.

I've never seen Claude North.  I wanna see a picture of this guy!  Could somebody, if they have one, post it?

Current Talk '03 I / Matchmaker Quentin
« on: March 10, 2003, 05:12:11 PM »
First of all, I love the picture and song lyrics on the first page.  Who sang that song?

Quentin already has enough to deal with, what with Petofi "using" him for favors, trying to understand how a portrait that doesn't depict him very well ("My God, do I look like that?") could change into a werewolf, wanting to start a relationship with Amanda, and Charity constantly on his tail, wanting him to watch her shake her "groove-thing."
Now Barnabas wants him to arrange a date for him and Kitty.  He's just supposed to go to Kitty and say, "The man who you met in the woods and spoke to for all of a minute or two wants to see you again.  Is tomorrow night open for you?"

Then Julia wants him to stop the meeting, that he didn't even arrange yet, from happening.
If I were Quentin, I would be grabbing my head and screaming too.

Quentin does not just sit around all day waiting for orders to come (although it may look that way).  He has a life and problems of his own too.  Leave him alone!

ummm, were you SUPPOSED to be funny in it?

ummm, yes.  "Bye Bye Birdie" is a comedy.

And yes, Midnite, my mom was there when it happened- just a few rows back.  It went down in front of the audience but no one was hurt.

Well, it's done.  Thanks for the nice messages, everybody.

There were a couple of problems.  On opening night, one of the microphones stopped working (not while being used), the left footrest of my wheelchair fell off while I was using it on stage, and a spotlight came crashing down from the ceiling where a lot of us had been not long before.  But the rest of the show went fine for the next three nights, and teachers and people in school were telling me how funny I was in it.

ohh connie Petofi's hair looks so GROSS!
Best of luck LAFB and as they say, "Break a Leg!"
Cassandra

Oh I will!  And I'll get to swoon over Conrad in a wheelchair as well! ;D

Thanks everybody, for all the well wishes.

By the way......I just looked in the "help" section for emoticons.  I only saw the one list.  Are there not any others?   :'(

Well, I for one, have a complaint.  I was going to applaud my mom and try to give her self-esteem a boost, but I see that I don't have that option!  Is it because of my post count?

(This post has been moved from its place on page 2 of this topic)

I've taken it upon myself to log on under LAFB's name and remove the message and link.  The picture was not posted without my knowledge and I take full responsibility for any lack of judgement.  I've always thought it a beautiful, innocent picture and neither I nor LAFB would want to contribute to setting any sort of precedent.  That angle never occurred to me.
I'm sorry if anyone found it offensive.  I'm really not thinking very clearly lately.

Happy Birthday Anne!![/color][wavey][/size]

In honor of your special day, I went poking around through my mom's folder and found this picture of that "bootylicious" man, in his birthday suit.

Q-man says, "Have a bodacious birthday!"

Current Talk '03 I / Competition for the Hand
« on: February 08, 2003, 09:01:32 AM »
With all the arguing and grabbing for the Hand going on, I thought that the only way to really settle the fights is to have a contest.

Each character who wants the hand has to write an essay of no more than 200 hundred words explaining why they want the Hand and why they think they are the best candidate for ownership of it.

If you were one of the characters, what would you put?

I, too, thought both Edward and Judith should have recognized Quentin.  It was kind of silly that they didn't.

Oh come on, people--how could it NOT be Quentin??  Who else in Collinsport is that tall??

Quote

I think Curtis wanted to scare us all with those two hideous faces--and of course, like Josette, Evan needed a hanging eyeball (missing on Quentin).

like Josette?

*****May be a spoiler*****

I saw in one of the books (I think it was KLS's) a picture of "a disfigured Josette," but I don't know why she looked like that, unless it happened after she died(?)
