Hello?  Psychic Friends Network?  If you're so 'psychic', how come I'm calling YOU instead of you calling ME?!

Do you tell people that you're addicted to DS or keep it as a secret guilty pleasure?

Countess (who never tells.... ;))

Hi cousins!

Like the game goes, whom would you choose to date, to marry and to dump?

I would date Quentin, marry Barnabas (but only if he's cured.  I'm not a martyr like Julia ;)) and I'd DEFINITELY dump Roger.  Your turn!

If a new version of DS were being cast today, whom would you choose to play the lead roles?

Which actors/actresses do you feel deserved Hollywood stardom after DS?

After much cajoling, Julia finally managed to convince Barnabas to play "The Debutante and the Escaped Convict."

Sorry, Claude, but I tried and tried and couldn't top your caption. LMAO!!! ;D

Maggie:  Yes, Dr. Woodard!  I can see YOU through Julia's ear too!  What does that mean?
Julia: 'It means I'll have to prepare TWO hypos now...'

Julia:  Want a hit?  It'll loosen you up.
Barnabas: No, thank you!  And I resent your pot habit stinking up the Old House! >:(

Current Talk '05 I / Re: Most Talented, Least Talented
« on: April 06, 2005, 06:54:47 AM »
Most talented are JF - despite the teleprompter reading, he had a wonderful range from pure evil to wounded lover.  Plus, he moved with such grace and had a wonderful voice that I still ache for him!  Louis Edmonds played the rich, clueless snob to the hilt but I always felt his very best scenes were as Joshua Collins confronting his son Barnabas about his curse.  Thayer David could do anything and everything.  He was always perfection.  As for the ladies, I always loved Grayson because her characters had much more range.  From the pining doc to the spirited gypsy to the repressed housekeeper, she was never boring.  Also loved Nancy Barrett's work.  Really, all the actors with theatre backgrounds just brought so much more to the small screen. Nobody made me as nervous as John Karlen did!  Boy, he could twitch and sweat!  Humbert Allen Astredo was slickly evil. Jerry Lacy was perfect as Tony Peterson and all the Trasks.  David Henesy was marvelous as was Denise Nickerson.  They more than held their own against the adults.  I was sorry when Amy Jennings was written out of the show and replaced by Kathy Cody.

Least talented - Kathy Cody was irritating.  Sharon Smythe was as wooden as a popsicle stick.  Peter Turgeon as the third Dr. Woodard deserved what he got >:D.  Roger Davis was fine as Peter Bradford but horrible as Jeff Clark, Ned, Dirk, etc.  Sorry, girls, but I wasn't that thrilled with Don Briscoe (although I loved his vamp scenes with Julia).  Craig Slocum - he truly sucked!  Lisa Richards was dull and Chris Pennock always seemed unsure of himself.  Addison Powell ugh!

Has anyone been able to find any reviews for "War Games"?  I've searched with no luck.

Beautiful portrait of Grayson, Heather.  We're lucky to be able to enjoy your talents on this board.  Thanks so much for sharing. ;)  And congrats on making the dean's list!  You go girl! [bigok] [cheerleader] [cheer] [band] [banana] [crowdhappy] [headbang]

I think alot of cousins watched X-Files regularly.

OT...but who thinks X-Files has not aged well?

Hi Patti!
I'm not sure what you mean about X-Files not aging well.  I think the episodes still hold up and probably will for a long time.  However, IMHO, they could just chuck the last two seasons.  Yuck!  Before they went and moved the show to CA, XF had such an amazing style.  Sadly, they left THAT in Vancouver ;)  Always nice talking to a fellow shipper.
