LOL,  Don't feel bad.  The same thing happened to me several months ago.  I forgot my password and just let it go for a while.  Luckily Midnite was very helpful in getting me back in!

Happy Thanksgivling everyone!  This year will be different for my family.  My Husband and I are going to my Uncles, my mom and her Husband are going to his parents, and my sister and her fiancee are going to HIS parents.  This will be the first time that I haven't been with them for a holiday.  I guess it's all just part of being newlyweds!

Hope everyone here has a wonderful Thanksgiving.

I met Jerry Lacy at the screening of HODS in LA in 2000.  I had never really thought of him as HANDSOME but after he signed my program he looked up at me and I noticed how beautiful his eyes were.  He's handsome I guess in a Peter Jennings sorta way.

That was very cool!  My husband, who is very new to DS but loves Angelique, watched it with me and now wants to sit down and watch some episodes in the morning for the first time in several weeks.  I guess he wants to get to all the good Angelique scenes.

I didn't know Dean as well as some people here but I will miss him.  Yes, his collection was impressive.  I think it was in 2003 that he had a Cabbage Patch Kid style doll dressed like Barnabas.  It was SO cute!  My thoughts are with his family.

I used to watch with my husband-then fiancee-pretty much every day for about 2 hours when he came home from work.  But he was so tired from working and the storylines we were watching moved so slow that he would fall asleep 30 minutes into it.  Now that we aren't planning a wedding and he's been to a fest, I'm hoping he'll stay awake long enough to get thru 1795 ;)

Here's the link to the Hotel Roosevelt incase anyone wants to comparison shop...

I love that hotel!  I'd stay there if the convention was across the street!

Conrad Bain has actually been to a fest once.  I think it was in 2000?  I'm not sure.  I wonder what Tom Harper (Jeremy Grimes) is up to?  I thought he was so cute.  It's a shame he wasn't used more on DS.

Just curious.......has a Fest ever been held in the autumn"

There have been fests Halloween weekend and Thanksgiving weekend.  I think they were both in New York.  I wouldn't mind another Halloween fest!

Thanks everyone!  The wedding was beautiful and went by very quickly for Josh and I.  We both teared up at the alter.  I'm sure the photographer got several pictures of us wiping eachother's tears.  The Honeymoon was interesting.  We started out in St. Lucia and almost immediately, we heard news that a hurricane was on it's way.  Our mothers both called begging us to come home.  We finally decided on our third full day there that because it had done nothing but rain for 2 days, we should get back what money we could, fly home, and drive to San Antionio.  So that's what we did.  It wasn't exactly the tropics, but it was a honeymoon.  Josh was born there and my parents went on their honeymoon there!

It feels wonderful to be married!  Thanks again everyone for the well wishes!

Jenny

Does anyone know where the DS theme they used at the end came from?  I had never heard it before.  I don't believe it was used on any cds that have been released.

No, I actually didn't get an autograph.  I haven't stood in the autograph line for several years.  I'm a member of the committee so I was able to get close enough to get that picture.  I was supposed to get David Selby's autograph for my step father, but was always busy with other things when he was signing.  Oh well!

Charles, I understand that the prices were high at the hotel in Tarrytown.  How much did you pay for the rubber chicken and tiramisu? hehe ;)
