I believe that the late, great Bela Lugosi portrayed the Frankenstein monster in this film. 

And, it was cool to see Dennis Hoey from the Sherlock Holmes films in this film as a police detective.

Yes, I agree, Tom Jennings was very scary as a vampire.  Thankfully, Tom wasn't as nearly "prolific" as a member of the "living dead" as were Angelique, Dirk Wilkins, and Mr. B.
