Summer TV Preview: The 23 Shows We Can’t Wait to Watch
“Stranger Things 4” (May 27, Netflix)
It’s been three years since “Stranger Things 3” (insert joke about the cast aging) — also known as “The one with the murder goo” — and Hawkins is now at all-out war with the Upside Down. Details about Stranger Things 4 have been kept tight, but trailers show Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) without her powers, Hopper (David Harbour) in a Russian prison, and the remaining Hawkins gang facing an extremely creepy mansion that seems to be the epicenter of this war. “Volume 1” hits Netflix May 27 with seven supersized episodes, and “Volume 2” on July 1 with Episode 8 and a whopping two-and-a-half-hour finale. —Proma Khosla
