RIP Addison Powell (DS' Dr. Eric Lang)

I was extremely saddened to hear of Mr. Powell's death.  Mr. Powell was also one of my favorite supporting actors as the earnest, yet coolly evil Dr. Eric Lang on "Dark Shadows."

From his appearances on "Dark Shadows," in "Three Days of the Condor" and in "The Thomas Crown Affair," Mr. Powell was always the talented and consummate actor.  In addition, Mr. Powell was one of the members of The Greatest Generation, who served our nation during World War II with great honor and courage.

Requiem aeternam, Mr. Powell.

A sort of late in the game mention of Powell's passing - but this one (Addison Powell, American actor (Dark Shadows, The Thomas Crown Affair, Three Days of the Condor) died he was , 89 ) includes a YouTube clip from DS Ep #467 (Lang shows Barn the sun).
