The Star Trek official site reports that Alec Newman will appear in eps 4, 5, and 6 of the 4th season of Enterprise.
"Borderland" is tentatively scheduled to air Friday, Oct. 29 on UPN.
"Cold Station 12" will air Nov. 5 (tentative).
"The Augments" will air Nov. 12 (tentative).
These eps are part of a 3-story arc about an uprising of genetically enhanced humans named Augments. The trilogy also features Brent Spiner's return to ST playing an ancestor of one of his former characters (where have we heard that before? ). Newman will play an Augment named Malik who, according to the production report on the site, will play a substantial role in "The Augments":
"Malik (Alec Newman) leads the existing Augments in a revolt against Soong [Spiner], believing they should not run ... but take a stand. To that end, Malik devises a heinous plan to ignite war between the Klingons and Starfleet."
