The new Bordello club in downtown Los Angeles (the location gives it the distinction of being the oldest bar in L.A. and is believed to have once been a 19th c. brothel [wouldn't that be right up Quentin's alley? ]) offers "Darker Shadows Macabaret" on Friday nights.

Darker Shadows Macabaret on MySpace asks the questions, "Remember rushing home from work or school to watch Dark Shadows at 4:00 every afternoon? How many of us grew up on Chiller, The Addams Family, Twilight Zone, One Step Beyond, The Outer Limits, The Munsters, Soupy Sales, Ernie Kovacs, Spike Jones and Lawrence Welk???"  The page also has a DS slide show.

Lounge cat Joey Altruda functions as Bordello's director of entertainment, morphing nearly every night into one incarnation or another. ... For the Friday night "Macabaret," he dresses up like a character out of the '60s ghoulish show "Dark Shadows."

The Play has proved very popular, but as anyone knows who has tried to make reservations, once the dates become public they sell out very quickly.  (All dates currently listed on the website are SOLD OUT.)  But here are added dates which are not yet publicized and as of now are wide open for reservations:
