It's an article called "A Day of Dark Shadows," by "Annie" Lundquist. It's an interesting take on a fan's studio visit with some great pictures from around the time Tom Jennings was a vampire. ANY help would be appreciated. I once owned this, but it is long gone.

The only song not accounted for in the credits is a version of "Highway Star" by Deep Purple, and that doesn't match either. I wonder if they changed it in post-production and didn't update the credits?

I ran across this while perusing eBay.  It turns out that someone has actually posted it on YouTube!

It's called 'The Curse goes On, and someone by the name of Christopher Love recorded it in 1969 on London Records.  Enjoy!

I'm going to start posting parts of my DS collection on ebay over the next week - It includes a complete set of DS paperbacks, Complete set of Comix, a plethora of 16 magazines, repro magic slates, concordances, Pomegranate books (Music book, Shadows on the wall), MPI catalogues, etc.  Look for them under alangallant60 on ebay.  Also, if you are interested in particular items, I will sell directly for best offer, but I begin ebay posts on Monday next.

WOW!!  I just finally got around to getting the Barnabas 1967 and Quentin figures.  Majestic did a bang up job on the sculpt of the heads, and the clothes, while always difficult, are just fine.  I would highly recommend these to anyone who is on the fence.  The likenesses look superior to the photos I had seen!  I wonder if JF and Selby are pleased with the results?

I was just cruising through ep #621 to find a shot for another topic, when I came across this little gem.  I hadn't noticed this before.  You'll note the two lighting instruments in the upper left area of the screen capture, as well as the outline of the "turf" around the prone Barnabas!  JF almost looks as if he realizes the camera pulled back too far, doesen't he?  ;D   Anyone else have any fond recollections of other camera "revelations" of this kind?

[spoiler]This is from #621, in which Barnabas is wandering around the woods after having been attacked by Angelique.  Julia and Willie search for him as Nicholas decides to try and destroy Angelique for disobeying his order to leave Barnabas alone.[/spoiler]

Hi,all!
I have a few DS items I would like to sell before I head south for grad school this August.  I have a large binder of photocopies of 16 Magazine articles from 1968-71 which I got through a Pittsburg fan club in the mid-90's. Also, I have put together another binder of copies taken from Theatre World yearbooks of DS actors' other work in the theatre. Each binder is large, and the copies are in plastic pages for protection. If anyone is interested, email me for more details. Also, I periodically have some DS items up for bid on eBay under seller name petofi1897. Ciao!

Current Talk '03 I / Barnabas ring question

Hi folks-

Is there any distinguishing marks that identify the original timco barnabas ring from the mpi reissue?  I bought the timco version in 1995 and am hard pressed ??? to prove its bona fides aside from the fact that it was purchased a few years before the reissue was made.  I have never seen the reissue up close.  I know that the original ring had two band variants, one fancy, and one plain with a center groove through the band, as identified in Overstreet's ring guide of 1995.  I have the latter version.  Any ideas? Thanks! ;D ;D
