Since he's of the seagoing persuasion I say keelhaul him!  I was going to say neuter him but this might kill 2 birds with one stone.  ;)

but let's make him a time traveler first he has to stop in 1897 and "court" Amanda Harris (I found her to be one of the most annoying characters on the show) Then send him into PT to "court" that Carrie , then ship him to the future for more such as Donna F (before the werewolf gets her) and so on... he can be the Time Traveling Bachelor(was that show lame or maybe it's just me)
