Please help! My fingers are killing me!

How do you insert links or text without having to type it all out? I see the "Insert FTP Link" and "Insert Hyperlink" buttons, but don't know how to use them

Here's how I cheat. Copy the link in you adress bar that you want to link, click on the hyperlink button in the textbox to get the <url> code, then go up top to your browser where it says Edit click on that and a paste option will appear. Paste the link wherever you want it to go in the textbox. Or you can just hit the Crtl key and the W key and it will paste your link where you want.

I think you meant Ctrl+V to paste.  In Windows, Ctrl+W closes the current window.
