Marie Wallace and Hugh Franklin movie

No, they didn't work together in Curse of the Living Corpse. But they did both appear in the late 1960's Walter Matthau movie Secret Life of an American Wife. Matthau had recently won an Oscar and was considered to be box office at the time. Just not here. Franklin plays a Doorman. Marie plays a woman driver. Neither receives billing. I'm sure that i saw it when it played on network tv but it made no impression on me. The only story that I can recall is that the original ads showcased a shirtless Matthew. Unsurprisingly, this did not bring audiences into the theater in droves. Business picked up when they switched to ads featuring the pneumatic (but not shirtless) Edy Williams. It still didn't turn the movie into a hit.
