Can anyone tell me if McAfee & Norton are both owned by Microsoft? Someone told me they were; and if you click on at least Norton...it's Symantec??

Network Associates (for the most part) and Symantec own McAfee and Norton respectively.  There is a Microsoft Windows Firewall.
