The lair is cool most certainly, but I'm going to fantasize about being Master of Collinwood, thank you very much.  Just look at my avatar.    No, forget it, my inferiority thing won't permit it.    Just put me in the fishing shack.

As I recall, most of the stuff from Collinwood was crammed into the fishing shack at Findley's Cove in PT, so you could salve your inferiority thing AND be master of Collinwood . . . sort of.  Beats the Trask tradition of being bricked up every hundred years.
