Patti, the Board doesn't seem to have switched to Daylight Savings Time, so it's an hour off.  If your time is one hour behind what you expect it to be, then your settings are right!!

Since I first posted this, I've been checking the time more frequently.  And, while they didn't change for DST, it seems they did fix the original problem.  It was always a few minutes off, a different number of minutes each time!  But now, while it's the hour off from DST, the minutes seem to be exactly right!!

No you're not!!!

Maybe this will help--

The board time as I type this (which is GMT and listed in your profile in the area where you offset the time) is 4:05:00 pm.

I have my clock set at -7 for West Coast time, and the result is 9:05:00 am.

For East Coast time, it would be offset -4, which would make it display at 12:05:00 p.m.

This won't apply following the next time change in the Fall.  As Josette mentioned, the board clock doesn't change at DST.  The YaBB program hails from Europe.
