I met Sheryl Lee at Chiller Theater some years ago. She was very sweet and fun to talk to. She was especially amused when I told her that one of the most devoted Twin Peaks fans was my friend's Labrador Retriever. Nicky would sit in front of the set absolutely riveted. He would get up during the commercials just like the rest of us but when the program resumed, he was back in front of the TV. I can hope that this story made its way back to David Lynch.
