DS Sound FX (werewolf)
« on: June 29, 2005, 10:12:35 PM »
I used to collect horror records and tapes.  One of the generic "Sounds of Halloween"  type tapes contains the EXACT sound effect of the DS werewolf growling & snarling.  This must be some sort of stock "growl" they used in the show.  This got me to wondering where they got some of their other sound effects from.  Does anyone know?  I'd love a clear copy of the baneful werewolf howl from the show (that howl used to give me chills as a youngster).

I'm particularly fond of the barking and howling dogs.  Oh yes, and the thunder with no rain too.

I always get a kick out of the howling dogs - I'll transcribe it as "Wooh - wooh - wooh - wa-hooooooo!"

No matter how tense the situation, I laugh every time I hear that!!!  ;D
