CRUMPLED tissue - lots of it.  And one of those small containers it comes out of.  Of course, Julia just doesn't use one and throw it away.  She CRUMPLES it up and stuffs it back into her bag.

We all got to see what Julia carries in her doctor bag a few weeks ago when she was at Nicky's place.  I loved it when she whipped out that wooden stake.
