Gabe goes to,the tower to see Dad and how he gets there nobody knows. Daniel gave Gerard his blessing and should adopt him. Daniel clearly despises Gabe who is jealous.
Desmond reads the note Ben is dead and looks towards the head. He find the book and letter Ben wrote that head must be destroyed. The Eyes on the head open.
Desmond does not approve of the marriage and Gabe gets him to go to Samantha's father's bank to get safety deposit box. Daniel reveals he was relieved when the wedding night was over with Harriet and that Gabe is like his mother. Desmond comes in with the actual box and it is empty.  The drawing room doors open and Q is there. Samantha I am home!  Wow,  they are jam packing in the telling of story, but showing very little action. Daniels distaste for Gabe is amusing. Had a good laugh over the head, Harriet and Gabe. Louie is the savior of this show.

Much family drama here. Gerard has double crossed Gabriel by marrying Samantha instead of poisoning her. Both Gerard and Gabriel attempt to suck up to Daniel who may not be quite as loony as they think.
Desmond seems to be on to Gerard but is too distracted by head games to really do much.
And, no sooner have Mr. and Mrs. Stiles settled into their new marital status, does Quentin turn up. A very predictable twist. Did anyone really think that Quentin would not be part of the story? This angle has been a staple of soaps for decades. It really doesn't work especially well on DS. There's potential for a romantic triangle here but it never really goes anywhere.
