I had to do 'chat' w/Amazon last night; after issue resolved, rep asked me if I had any other issues, I asked about Me-TV. He asked me to hold on, he couldn't find it nor 'google' (or whatever Amazon uses) and he'd never heard of it.

Well, Me-TV isn't an Amazon product or service... for all I know, their customer service representatives may be instructed not to answer questions about matters that do not relate to Amazon's products.
