In this day and age, that IS surprising.... I've had a few friends get charged for apps from the Apple app store, by accident, or apps they purchased and wouldn't even work, and apple just said sorry 2F-ing bad...

Apple makes great, new, innovative stuff.

They also build their stuff with built-in dead times.

I hate Apple.
