The Woman on the Beach (a flop, and not all that great, but Bennett is)

     Lucia, I had never seen this film until you posted that it was to air.  The day it aired it was damp and overcast.  I put a fire in the fireplace and made a cup of tea.  While not the best movie, I enjoyed it.  But heck,  I like really cheesy horror movies, too.

Alexandra Isles` Scandalize My Name is superb, brilliant.

Alexandra has actually directed three films, two of them about the holocaust. All three have played at many film festivals and on PBS.
Scandalize My Name was also shown on
True Stories Channel & Black Starz.

I also saw her first film: ``The Danish Resistance & the Rescue of the Jews`` about how the Danish people were hiding Jews from the Nazis during WW2. This gut wrenching film was dedicated to her late father, who was actively involved in saving Jews and in the Danish Resistance.

Next time her films play anywhere, see them, they are brilliant!
