TV Land has apparently started showing reruns of
Shazam!. You know -- that 70s show that taught young kids that they have to turn into an adult superhero to accomplish anything meaningful.
Anyway, last night I happen to turn by and catch an episode featuring John Karlen. Sporting a cowboy hat and a pronounced limp (think Selby in
NODS), Karlen played a real jerk who was hell-bent on destroying a horse that this young girl was equally as hell-bent on saving.
The episode's title is "Thou Shalt Not Kill." Since there aren't too many episodes of the show, it probably won't take too terribly long for it to be shown again. Karlen fans might want to be on the lookout for it.
