[It's up to the first poster to come up with a set up, and then each following post will either complete it or fill in the blank(s). And, as always, whoever posts the set up is certainly allowed to post their own completion/fill in as a follow up.]

Set-up:
Roger: "If these fine children are guilty of trying to kill me, one of whom I believe is my very own son, then I'll __________ my hat!  I swear it!  In fact, just to prove my point, I'm going to do it right now!!"
ECS (offscreen): "No!!  Don't do it, Roger!  It would be unutterably silly!!"

Roger: "If these fine children are guilty of trying to kill me, one of whom I believe is my very own son, then I'll dance a Meringue by myself around my hat!  I swear it! ..."
