Average Posts Per Day?

I see that our cousin's list profiles now include our average posts per day along with the actual total.  I don't recall seeing that before.

Is this another forum 'enhancement'?  They're coming so fast and furious it's hard to keep track.

Yes, it is. But you might (or might not ;)) appreciate the feature I just wrote myself (my first PHP/MySQL script done completely from scratch  [9391]) to go along with it. Midnite and I are discussing a few final touches before it debuts officially...

Patti, when I click on your name underlined it brings me to your cousin's profile (NOT the profile that YOU can access to change your signature or add pictures.)

The list appears - Name - Patti
                           Custom Title - (yaddayadda)
                            Posts:  461 (1.04 per day  4 today)


Try clicking on my underlined name and you should see the same thing with my statistics.

(Though why anyone would CARE about anyone else's post/per/day statistic is beyond me, but that's another  conversation!)   ::)

Well, honestly, one could probably ask why anyone would care about three quarters (if not more) of the statistical info that YaBB readily provides to aministrators and/or moderators of its forums, as well as to their members. But I suppose the wealth of statistics are just for fun - a way for people to see what subjects seem to be/have been most popular with members and who has been participating in discussions the most/least. I definitely know that the feature I've just written to go along with the posts per day totals is purely meant for fun and not necessarily an actual comment on people's real-life personas. But you'll soon see what I mean...
