Elementary gained back 200,000 more realtime viewers, three tenths of a rating point, and its place as the 18-49 leader:

10 p.m:
CBS: "Elementary" (10.7 million, 7.0/12)
ABC: "Scandal" (6.1 million, 4.1/7)
NBC: "Rock Center with Brian Williams" (4.4 million, 2.9/5)

18-49 leader: "Elementary" (2.2)

I wonder if a lot of those 200,000 viewers regained had no power to be able to watch TV the previous Thursday?

I'm still lovin' the show - no complaints here - I guess I am getting used to the accent, lol..

Yeah, I still get excited on Thursdays anticipating ELEMENTARY. Thanx for that link, BTW, I enjoyed reading all the articles therein. I am so glad they are taking this show seriously and moving in a direction I approve of, even if it's a spoiler of sorts to know what is not going to happen.

For the first time this season Scandal came out on top in the Fast Overnights 18-49 demo -

10 p.m:
CBS: "Elementary" (10.9 million, 7.0/12)
ABC: "Scandal" (7.4 million, 5.0/8)
NBC: "Rock Center with Brian Williams" (3.6 million, 2.5/4)

18-49 leader: "Scandal" (2.5)

- which is interesting considering that Elementary's viewership and rating was higher than last week. Though given the demos Elementary normally pulls in, it couldn't have been too far behind. And truthfully it's not really a surprise that Scandal did so well because they pulled their own version of a "Who Shot JR?" ep, and that pushed the show to not just a season high but a series high in both viewers and adults 18-49.

NBC: "Rock Center with Brian Williams" (3.4 million, 2.4/4)

18-49 leader: "Scandal" (2.7)

However, I also read that "ELEMENTARY was first in households (6.9/11), viewers (10.63m) and adults 25-54 (3.2/08)". So apparently Scandal skews younger than Elementary does - though I'm not surprised by that - especially considering that practically everything on CBS skews older than the shows on the other networks.
