IMDB says Joe was played by Jason Shaw, a model who had a tempestuous romance with Paris Hilton and for a time, a recurrent role on CHARMED.

Looks as if his acting career ceased around 2009-2010.

You may already be aware that it's up because it's been up since soon after 12AM ET, but here's the 04 pilot's background for May:

(And just a reminder that we're going by the order in which the scenes appear in the script, not in either version of the pilot. So in the background we're dealing with Barnabas' release, David terrorizing Vicki, Carolyn's attack, and the very beginning of Vicki's first morning at Collinwood...)

MB, I just noticed the new 04 pilot background montage, and I LOVE IT!  FABULOUS!

I also have to comment what a joy it is to have even part of Michael T. Weiss's shirtless physique on display for the duration of this month in the 1991 background.  Really helps keep me smiling.

Unfortunately, the '91 Series slideshow isn't currently on display, so this is the only way to get to see the original version of that capture until it returns...

Because all the backgrounds come up at random, it is quite possible that it never came for you until today.
