Help!-Missed Dark Shadows
« on: November 04, 2002, 10:31:29 PM »
my dumb vcr only recorded the first 15 minutes of Dark Shadows today.

I did find a site at the yahoo dark shadows page.  That has the whole audio and slides of today's show.

Does anyone know of a site or a place where i can download the episode without watching still pics.

if not I can live, i dont know how, but I will. :-)
thanks everyone!!

It isn't what you asked for, but I find that Robin's Robservations (look in the home page here) make me feel like I have watched the show!

Hi Gianni,

I'd be very surprised if there were such a site--I'd think that would be construed as copyright violation since the series is still under copyright (though I know it's very convoluted--I am under the impression that Dan Curtis ultimately has the final say in terms of ownership of the series, despite Worldvision having the TV broadcast syndie rights, and MPI the home video rights).

I hope your VCR got today's shows.  If memory serves, they're good ones!

Episode one was a hoot! - Judith becomes Queen and immediately starts throwing her weight around - which made for some fabulous dialogue!
Ep two was tame compared to what we've been treated to lately. Lots of Rachel and Beth and Edward (yawn).

Today's shows were great.  At least the first one.  Quentin was in great form.  One great line after another.  A couple of things have bugged me just a wee bit didn't the amlet Barnabas give Rachael look a lttle too much like a cross for the Vamp-man to be toking around?  Another thing don't you think Edward would have been a little more upset about the way things are going between Rachael and Barnabas.  I can imagine him telling Barnabas it is not proper for him to be giving the governess gifts.  I also can see him telling Rachael to keep away from his cousin and not to go out of her class.

Birdie--think I will go write a check, wonder if anyone will want to watch.

You're right about that but I doubt very much Rachel would listen since she hasn't listened to anyone's advice so far except Magda's!

Gianni,
Just wondering, what was the address of the site you found on Yahoo with the slides and audios? I'd be interested in checking it out. Thanks!
