Since you're not used to working with the codes, your eyes won't easily spot what's mistyped.  But you're doing fine, and I'm not going anywhere.  In your attempt above, that tag isn't closed, plus the 2nd tag for color should read

[/color]instead of

Code: [Select]

[/pink]


If you type this exactly as it is for your signature,:

[color=pink]Afan[/color]it will come out:

Afan

Your text is perfectly positioned, but the color name goes in the first tag only; the 2nd color tag is always
