Edward decides to help Barnabas number 2 to Quentin's displeasure.  It's interesting that Petofi's mind in Quentin's body get's pretty much overruled on what he wants to do by his siblings who have their way.  He just takes it instead of when he had his own body and would manipulate people to his will. 
Amanda's picture is in the drawing room and it's clear now who had Charity make the purchase .  What a great scene as Trask tries to oust Charity and she stands up to him.  Later Edward spars with him and says that even the servants know and if they know it must be true, just adding to the misery of Trask. 
Quentin sets the coffin aflame, leaving the future Barnabas with no coffin or body to be discoved by WIllie.  What a missed oppurtunity to have the vampire Barnabas  brought back and be a villan for the heroic human Barnabas to try to thwart.
Another exicting ending with the wild eyed Charity being forced to by Quentin to identify Barnabas.

What a delightful episode!  There's nothing that warms the heart-cockles more than seeing Gregory Trask confounded wherever he turns.  Jerry Lacy did a great job with good lines.  And Nancy Barrett looked fine as she danced up the stairs and along the landing, and Jonathan Frid always excels as an invalid.

I don't think that's entirely accurate.  Previously when Petofi didn't want Edward to go check the cave to make sure that Cousin Vampire was still properly staked, he (Petofi) made Kitty feel sick so that Edward wouldn't leave her.  Today he made sure he was the one to enter the cave first, and if there was a problem, I'm sure he would have manipulated things to his satisfaction.  I suppose if he wants to play his own music instead of Quentin's in the drawing room, he's got to try not to make waves in other areas.

I laughed in the wrong place when Edward and Quentin escorted Barnabas into Collinwood.  At first glance it looked as though Edward and Barnabas were holding hands.  Alas, second glance proved otherwise.  But it was fun while it lasted.

I loved the sparring between Trask and Edward and Charity/Pansy and Trask. He's unable to convince either of them he wasn't involved with Amanda. I love how the tables have turned on Trask.

At the beginning of the storyline, he had Edward and Judith in the palm of his hand, had them convinced he was a true Man of the Cloth, able to get them to do whatever he wanted (especially where the children were concerned), now Edward and Judith have taken off their blinders and have seen him with his true colors. Also, Trask was lining up the manhunt to destroy Barnabas, he and Edward had teamed up for that, and now Edward has taken up Barnabas' defense against Trask. Charity, who once was so devoted to her father, always obedient, never questioning him, is now possessed, mocking him, even threatening him. Even Quentofi has taken some potshots at him. Trask has indeed lost a lot of his domineering power now that Judith is back, and it's great seeing everything begin to crash around him.
