Jeremiah's ghost is warning Kitty that "he will kill you." Obviously in reference to Barnabas.
Quentin in Petofi's boby finds he has the power of the hand. Now this is an excitng plot development and now the fake Quentin doesn't hold all the cards.
Judith want's her power of attorney. She must not trust Greg.

Yes, I think it's safe to say that Judith is now suspicious of her dear hubby. The fact he didn't once go to see her would of course bother her.
It's great to see the old Judith back. The one we first met back at the beginning of 1897. Once she married Trask, she became putty in his hands, much like Edward in Petofi's when Petofi sweet-talked him into believing Barnabas was behind all the trouble at Collilnwood.
Evan has to know that Judith is aware somewhat of Trask's motives by now. Although he did his best to stall giving her back her power of attorney, but gave up when he saw how useless it was.
Petofi really blew it today when he didn't recognize Judith. Didn't Edward ever tell him that he and Quentin had a sister named Judith who was away? Lucky for Petofi, Judith revealed their relationship.
It was pretty sneaky of Evan and Quentin to trick Petofi into coming to Evan's place. Petofi in Quentin's body looked suspicious there for a second while Evan was preparing for the ceremony, plus he sensed that someone else was there. He should have been on his guard a bit more there. Quentin in Petofi's body was able to subdue him awful easy, too.

I'm really enjoying Kitty's storyline. I think part of what makes it pleasing is that I know
the writers won't hold back; they'll take it all the way to the disappearance of Kitty into Josette.
But even without that, I would have found the scene on Widows Hill very satisfying. I usually don't like Widows Hill scenes because I dislike the set. Did they put it together better today? It seems unlikely. Anyway, there was the Josette figure at Widows Hill, and it felt
right
- like the heart of Dark Shadows. Jeremiah's ghost didn't do much for me, but Kathryn Leigh Scott more than made up for it.
I was surprised when Quentin came right out and told Evan, "I am Quentin," but I guess he knew Evan better than I do. The neat thing about Humbert Allen Astredo is that you can see his character thinking. His eyes move around and he frowns, and I don't know what else he does - but the result is that, to use a well-worn phrase, you can hear the gears clicking.
As Judith bossed Quentin around, I thought that was quite a head of steam she had been building up during her four months in the sanitarium. I wish I could have seen her talking to Kitty. A conversation between two elegant, determined women would have been fun to see.
