Had a great celebration at work. The bunch I work with, plus another program in another location, got together and everyone cooked something. HUGE lunch -- and cake from the infamous STEW LEONARD'S

. (Those who have attended Tarrytown cons or visited the Connecticut locations may have been to Stews, any location of which is darn near a tourist attraction all it's own. )
Tons of leftovers, and only a small fridge, so most of us brought home enough for dinner too. That's not even counting the usual boodle like gift cards and a giant bouquet of flowers.
Irony here is the powers that be are reorganizing things again, including changing the entire job of one of my bosses, which also throws me into the "wait and see what happens to your job in the new fiscal year" category.
