Who's Responsible for that Haircut anyway?

I've just learned a bundle because I had no idea that the original Julia do was a wig! It was shock to me when it changed when I originally watched it on SciFi, which is probably when this thread was started! lol! But I like the shorter look better, and do agree that her hair looked really good in 1840!

Now......I think Carolyn's hair was more in need of some attention. When it was short and cute it was just right--it looked great! Like a comb had been run through it! But in later years when it got long, it just looked stringy to me and like it needed a comb some kinda bad!

I didn't know her early hair was a wig...they did a good job of blending it.  I personally liked the short style...I also liked it during 1840 as well.
