An exciting episode first real clear hints about Matthew.

An actual good set of reasons to justify Victoria staying in-spite of the warnings and terrible experience.

Justifiable reasons instead of just plot convenience is refreshing  . . . I know that happens in movies and TV from all decades, but especially with modern movies it’s become a huge crutch for storytelling.

I wonder if Josette really was originally pushed before the character’s story was changed?  It might be the 1990’s version I remember most related to that moment, but I’m still pretty sure she was scared into jumping.

Barnabas: Your hair smells like mint today.
Julia: Yeah, I gargled today.
Barnabas: Huh???!!!!

David finds Vickie packing. She reminds him he said he wouldn’t attend her funeral. He cheerfully says he would attend as he loves a funeral. He claims he didn’t know Vickie was in the room when he locked door. He learns Vickie saw Malloy which makes him want her to stay. David is just so much fun!
Carolyn enters and David leaves to eavesdrop on them. He finds Matthew fixing lock on door to closed wing. Matthew is disturbed to learn of the haunting of Malloy. Carolyn and Vickie discuss the haunting, visit the room and then David tells Vickie he loves her. Carolyn reveals he loved his Kitten and he drowned it.
you know there's a whole wing that's closed off all the time; the west wing, I go there lots of times
