Interesting article about Greystone, with really nice photos of various rooms of the interior as well as the grounds. I didn't know the estate had been used as a shooting location for the Bette Davis film DEAD RINGER (1964)--a delightful film.

Thanks so much for the link, Gothick. There are some photos of some rooms that I've never seen before.

As for Dead Ringer, at the time it was shot there Greystone's foyer and many other rooms had their varnished wood painted over white (sacrilege!) before it was all restored, so that can throw people off when it comes to recognizing the location as Greystone...
