Hello,

I hope we can get back to the old board soon. Has anyone else ordered Set 10? I have and it should be here around the end of the week. Only one more Set until the character of Victoria Winters is no more :(

I ordered mine about a week ago ;D.  Here's an F YI for those who haven't ordered yet - for some odd reason, Amazon was selling that set for about $51. I didn't understand (no DS allusion intended) because all the sets prior to that were going for around $43.  So, I went to Deep Discount DVD to compare and what do you know? They had it for $43.19???  They are also now taking pre-orders for set 11 for $39.59 - I'm not sure what set 11 is on Amazon, but I think it was much less than set 10.

BTW: This isn't a plug for Deep Discount, I just wanted to pass the info along.  At $40+ a set I'm happy to help anyone save as much as they can on what I consider a major investment  ;).

I ordered mine last week, too, even though I'm just getting ready to watch set #7. Bought it through Deep Discount DVD as well. Cd Universe has set #10 at $41.39 but they charge for s&h, unlike DDD. I wish Deep Discount CD had as large a selection as CD Universe and that they allowed the mixing of orders from their CD and DVD stores. But with free shipping, I won't complain! I don't mind ordering from Cd Universe now and then for the harder-to-find items. :)

I've been ordering mine from Deep Discount DVD. No problems yet (knocking on wood), but price is good, shipping is free, and timely.

I received it in the mail yesterday. Last night, I watched Episode 609, 611, and 612 on Disc Four. When I open a new DVD set, after I check out the Collector's Postcard, I get out my Dark Shadows Program Guide, compare it with the Chapters listed for the discs, then I make a note of which Episodes on what discs Craig Slocum is on, and clip it in the set. Enjoyable viewing before going to bed last night. Sweet dreams!  :-*

Just checked the status of my order and it's listed as backordered. I'm assuming they sold out of the supply they had in stock at DeepDiscountDvd. Guess if I wanted the set early, I should have ordered earlier (though I'm still on dvd 1 of set #7).  Better pre-order #11 soon in case I get caught up.  :)

Oh drat it!  Mine too.  It's ok though since I won't be behind with our current viewing schedule.
