It's not just the age difference, although that is pretty bad. I think Roxanne's ... personality and past experiences are more definite than the other objects of his affections. He's very obviously chasing after someone without knowing or caring about her and that is what makes him ridiculous.
sounds like a mid lfe crisis to me[eek] i guess he missed his all the time locked up in his coffin!
