Holy-freholy, Cassandra, did you ever jog my memory! Now I remember the made-for-TV remake. It completely slipped my mind until you mentioned who was in it. Kinda along those lines, there was also a made-for-TV remake of Whatever Happened to Baby Jane starring the Redgrave sisters (Lynn played Jane and Vanessa played Blanche) and updated to the eighties or nineties, whenever it aired. Although it had the unique thing of having actual sisters playing the roles, both fantastic actresses, it also did not measure up to the original.
