Julia seems to be skating on thin ethical ice. She refuses to discuss Maggie's case with Maggie's own primary-care physician, and she refuses to give any news to Maggies father and fiancé. She wants to trigger Maggie's memories of what happened by taking her to the cemetery, but that doesn't seem like the best approach either. But what do I know?

Julia manipulates Dave Woodard into apologizing for wanting to know his patient's progress--sheesh! It's because she wants him to get her an entrée into the Collins family. (Yes! Yes! Yes!)

DarkLady, I don't think Julia has even heard of the Collinses at this point.  She certainly knows she's on the track of something big - but she doesn't have all the details yet.

Was this the first day that Julia lied to Dave Woodard?  She has kept information from him, but she hasn't entirely shut him out, and we haven't seen her lying to her before, have we?  I'm wondering if she wanted to bring him in on this project, but finally decided today that he would not go along.  In the beginning of the episode, she was combative with him, but by the end of their scene together, it wasn't worth her time to fight with him: she just lied.

What's Burke's problem with how Vicky feels about Josette?  He doesn't know how the music box entrances Vicky.  He just has a knee-jerk reaction of no.  Mitchell Ryan had a quizzical look that would have helped this scene along, but Anthony George just plays the dictatorial male.

Dave and Julia go round and round and she defies him and takes Maggie to the cemetery.
Faux Burke is hostile to the idea of putting flowers on the grave or maybe just hostile in general and to Vickie most of all.
you know there's a whole wing that's closed off all the time; the west wing, I go there lots of times

I agree that Julia may have hoped that Dr. Woodard come with them to the cemetary or at least approve of her taking Maggie to the cemetary, and when she saw that she wasn't going to get his OK she simply decided the hell with it....she was going to do what she felt she had to do to get to the root of Maggie's trauma and memory problems.

I must say thought that Julia took a hell of a risk taking Maggie in the day time, though I suppose taking Maggie in the night time would have been way too much for her state of mind. Still Julia might have thought of something, like maybe a disguise for Maggie, before taking her there. Vicki was able to spot them and recognize Maggie very easily despite being several yards away from them.

"A petty grave" for one of the mighty Collinses, Burke's verdict on Josette's tombstone. Now this is something I actually could picture Mitch's Burke saying.....the rest of Burke's dialogue in here....not so much.
