I don't complain. Really, I don't...but Amazon has really ticked me off! I order DS Collection 3 in January. I paid with a money order. It came January 30. The number 1 disc looked like it was broken and they tried to fix it. I emailed to them about the "damaged " piece, they said, no problem. They told me how to get an "envelope" that I didn't have to pay for the sh.
I sent it back. It's been a month, and I haven't heard a thing from them. I sent them 3 emails and they send me a letter that I have to give them my credit card number. I don't want a credit card, nor do I have one.
Today I found a piece of paper that came with "number 3". It had the order number on it. So, I sent that to them .
I hate Amazon. I really do!!!
