A sweet picture should not be turned into a cheap sideshow.
That was certainly the farthest thing from our intent, and I seriously doubt that the Selby photo would be viewed that way in the future.
That's one of the reasons I made a point of saying that the reasoning behind using a link, rather than having the photo display directly, really had little to do with your photo. Sadly, though, even an innocent act can often have unexpected consequences should someone misinterpret its significance. And unfortunately there are people in cyberspace just waiting to take advantage of the least little opening they see - particularly when they feel they can spin a case based on some circumstance that came before them (similar situations have happened more often that I can count already).
However, remove the possibility for misinterpretation, remove the possibility for an unfortunate outcome somewhere down the line. That's quite honestly all there was to it. Nothing more, nothing less.
