Doctor:  Now you’re going to laugh  . . . Or at least you’ll still be in stitches  . . . Hehe  . . .  but the stitches we use on your head weren’t sterilized and were intended for use in cadavers.  We’ll need to replace them before infection sets in.  Just have someone else drive you.  Don’t need to be in another accident after all.
