What a lovely night for the unquiet dead.

I think it's hysterical that Julia's all revealing little red notebook is a five-and-dime plastic diary. Cut that little strip of red material holding the book closed with scissors and you're in!

Holy crap! Maggie and Joe! Somethings getting ready to reach out and touch them. Menaced by AT&T.

I am really liking Tony Peterson. Jerry Lacy made an excellent villan, but he made a good lawyer too (ummmmm....) good guy anyway.

In the words of Crow T. Robot : Tempo! Tempo! You could drive a Mack truck through your cues!!

Poor Grayson having to stand there waiting for the prop guys to get ready to pull the rat.

And wait, on the bloopers tape they have today's first episode opening with a different shot of Collinwood. (In the sunshine (I imagine that's why it's on the bloopers tape)) Did SciFi change this or did MPI for television broadcast?

The caretaker of the cemetery reminds me of every old man on Scooby Doo.

Sarah is the original Welch's Grape Juice kid. (Maybe that's Monday's episode)

It IS hysterical! On the other hand, I was just wondering ... had Fox picked up a new primetime DS and DC began recycling this storyline, I don't think I could keep a straight face watching Julia warn Barnabas, "All my notes are on a diskette ... "

You gotta wonder what the notes consist of--the first time I ever heard about "the notebook", I was envisioning something rather large and bulky containing entries like, "Patient's leukocyte count leads me to wonder if the pharmokinetics of this . . ."
All written in stereotypical scrawl of the physician (and it's true, they do write illegibly).

So she's got the cheap plastic version of a teenager's precious diary, with everything but "MY DIARY" proudly emblazoned on the cover, and now I'm thinking it's got entries like, "Oh my God, he looked at me today and I just melted. I wonder if he knows!!! Maybe I'll drive by his house later on," written in a girlish script with little hearts in lieu of dotted i's.

ROFL! I can see it now, "And I've backed it up on the hard drive, too." So then we could have Carolyn driving to technical consultant Tony Peterson's office begging him to let her have the PC.

BRAVO!! I wish I had thought of that one!

the whole computer back up thingy could lead to a special 'cloning' storyline!

I was thinking the same thing about the diary. I kept seeing Mrs. Barnabas Collins, Mrs. Julia Collins, Mrs. Julia Hoffman-Collins, Barnabas and Julia Collins, etc, etc, etc, written in the margins. And the ever present question " Does he like me?"

Birdie---I will never tell if I ever had one of those diaries.
