Signs of a truly skilled stage performer. . hit on the head, writhing in agony, falling to the floor (oh crap--the wig is going!) clutch head to magnify sense of painful suffering. .fall to the floor.  . . lay on the ground without eyelids fluttering. . .

Oh, I'm so glad you got to see this! It is one of my favorite moments of the entire series.

I was impressed that one of the fans brought this up to GH during the 1973 tape interview.  GH (gasping in disbelief right on cue):  "You mean you could SEE the wig???"

Priceless.

Yes!  I saw that too and it certainly was a great save by Grayson![thumb]

I also noticed her famous "duck out of the way" jump when crazy Jenny was just about to strike her with the book.  
Btw, wasn't that the Collins Family History book that Jenny struck her with? ;-)

Now maybe this is so obvious it doesn't need to be said. . but I'm certain we weren't supposed to see Grayson duck. .. i think the camera work and/or direction wase a bit shoddy on that. . .So that'd be a non-grayson gaff. . .
