Sharon Smyth Lentz--a true Christian and friend to LGBT people

 

I had a sweet interaction with my Facebook friend Sharon Lentz the other day--we know her better as Sharon Smyth.

I had shared a video on FB called Being Straight Doesn't Give Us the Right To Hate.
Sharon, a devout Christian, thanked me for sharing it & reposted on her own page.

Isn't that sweet? Sharon's a true Christian--we need more like her.
Her FB page also expresses her support for Soulforce, a support/activist group for LGBT Christians, though Sharon is quite straight.

Honestly, I'm deeply moved by her support.

Bravo, Sharon- I always liked her and hope that returns to the Festivals soon!
