She is, indeed, a lovely and gracious person. She actually loves to hear from fans, has her own website, makes her e-mail address public, and I've written to her several times. She writes back such sweet, personal responses, as if you're the only important person in the world to her. Kudos to Denise! She has true star quality and class!
