Apologies if this has been brought up already, but...

Turner Classic Movies is devoting a full day to Joan Bennett films as part of their "Summer Under the Stars" series.  The date is August 15.    http://www.tcm.com/thismonth/article/?cid=161139

"House of Dark Shadows" will playing in the middle of the night to cap off the films... and remember, TCM treats all their films with the greatest respect, showing them complete and uncut!  (excepting lost scenes, of course!!)

I love TCM and am totally excited about this... yay TiVo!

I almost forgot to ask... please feel free to recommend the 2-3 films from the list that you would most highly recommend... other than HoDS, which is of course a given!     :)

I was able to catch "The Woman in the Window" when it aired. I thought it was really good. I had wanted to see it for the longest time. I wasn't expecting that surprise ending! There was a scene with a boy scout that was really cute. Very suspenseful, had me hanging on till the very last . 8)
